Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the marketing and sales activities of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the marketing agency for monthly marketing calendars, social media content, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and online promotions.
- Coordinate with designers for packaging development, artwork updates, and new product launches.
- Plan and execute in-store branding, promotions, and customer engagement activities across retail outlets.
- Ensure brand consistency across packaging, retail stores, website, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with photographers, printers, agencies, and other vendors for timely execution of marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, competitor activities,



and market trends to recommend improvements.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG, food, or retail industry.
- Good understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG, food, or retail industry.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Salary

- ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and skills, plus applicable incentives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
