We're Hiring – IT Executive

Location: Ovum Hospitals – Corporate Office, Bengaluru

Job Description:

- Provide IT support to hospital units and corporate office operations.
- Handle troubleshooting of hardware, software, network and system-related issues.
- Manage hospital software (HIS/HMS), user access, email IDs and IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance, repairs and technical support.
- Ensure smooth functioning of computers, printers, networking and other IT equipment.
- Maintain IT asset records, documentation and support tickets.
- Provide technical assistance and training to hospital staff whenever required.

Requirements:

- Qualification: BCA / B.Sc. IT / Diploma or B.E. in Computer Science / IT.
- Relevant hospital IT experience is mandatory.
- Candidates without hospital experience will not be considered.
- Good knowledge of hospital management systems (HIS/HMS), networking and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
