Double Horse (Manjilas Food Tech Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for an experienced HR skilled to join our team at Pollachi, Tamil Nadu.
Position: Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Plant HR)

Location: Pollachi, Tamil Nadu
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management

Experience: 4-5 years of mandatory experience in handling Plant/Manufacturing HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

•Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
•Manage attendance, shifts, leave, overtime and payroll coordination.
•Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity and Labour Laws).
•Manage contract labour and contractor compliance.
•Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and industrial relations.
•Drive employee engagement, induction and training activities.
•Manage performance appraisals and employee lifecycle activities.
•Oversee employee welfare, HR administration and documentation.
•Prepare HR MIS reports and coordinate statutory audits and inspections.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 per year
