- Supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at residential construction sites.

- Review MEP drawings and coordinate services with architectural and structural drawings.

- Coordinate daily work with contractors, site engineers, and other teams.

- Monitor installation quality and ensure work follows approved drawings and project specifications.

- Track site progress, identify issues, and report delays or required changes.

- Check materials and workmanship, and help resolve site-level technical problems.

- Maintain site records, inspection reports, and work updates.

- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

MEP Engineer Requirements

- Proven experience working on high-rise building projects is mandatory.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and codes.
- Experience coordinating with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other trades.
- Familiarity with MEP design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
