Insurance Executive (US Trucking / Logistics Process)

About the Role

- We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Executive to manage insurance-related activities for the US trucking and logistics process.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in US insurance operations, preferably with knowledge of commercial truck insurance and trucking-related insurance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle insurance-related operations for US-based trucking and logistics businesses.
- Coordinate with US insurance companies, agents, brokers and insurance providers.
- Manage commercial truck insurance policies, renewals and documentation.
- Handle Certificates of Insurance (COI) and verify insurance coverage.
- Maintain and update insurance records for trucks, trailers and drivers.
- Follow up on insurance claims, policy endorsements and renewals.
- Verify policy details, coverage limits, effective dates and expiration dates.
- Coordinate with internal operations and dispatch teams regarding insurance requirements.
- Ensure timely submission and processing of insurance documents.




- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with US trucking insurance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in US insurance operations.
- Knowledge of US commercial auto insurance / trucking insurance.
- Understanding of Certificates of Insurance (COI), policy renewals and insurance documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a US business-hours environment, if required.
