Visa Counselor

Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

Guide clients regarding visa and overseas opportunities

Handle client inquiries through calls and messages

Explain services, documentation and application procedures

Follow up with potential clients

Maintain client records and coordinate with the team

Achieve assigned targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Hindi & English speaking ability

Previous experience in immigration/visa counseling or telecalling is preferred

Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary: Attractive Salary + Incentives
