Job Summary

SRM Group of Companies is looking for a technically skilled ERP Technical Support Engineer to provide ERP application support, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with system maintenance and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of software development concepts, ERP business processes, and hands-on experience in Java, React JS, or Flutter.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to users for ERP-related issues and queries.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ERP application errors.
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain documentation of reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
- Assist with ERP data entry, data extraction, report generation, and data imports/exports.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.
- Support software updates, patches, testing, and system maintenance.
- Provide user training and guidance on ERP functionalities.
- Assist with debugging, system testing, and technical enhancements.
- Understand business processes related to HR, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
- Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.

Educational Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or IT, BCA, or MCA candidates may apply.
- Relevant technical certifications in programming, software development, or ERP support are an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Java, React JS, or Flutter.
- Knowledge of ERP application support and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, and application debugging.
- Familiarity with ERP modules and business processes.
- Ability to identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Good analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with users, vendors, developers, and internal teams.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to business requirements.

Experience Required

- 1–3 years of experience in ERP support, application support, software development, or a related technical role.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and relevant practical skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
