Job Role – Marketing Manager

- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company business goals.
- Plan and execute digital, offline, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and improve lead conversion rates.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and online brand presence.
- Oversee content creation, branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign ROI.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and business conversion.
- Monitor marketing performance using KPIs, analytics, and periodic reports.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Develop strategies to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and market reach.
- Lead, guide, and evaluate the marketing team to achieve targets.
- Identify recent marketing opportunities and recommend business growth initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
