Position: QA-QC & R&D; Head

Education: M.Sc. Chemistry / M.Tech / B.Tech Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Industry: Silicate / Inorganic Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals

Key Responsibilities1. QA, QC & R&D; Leadership:We are looking for an experienced QA-QC & R&D; Head with 15+ years of experience in the Silicate, Inorganic Chemicals or Specialty Chemicals industry.

The candidate will be responsible for leading and strengthening the R&D;, QA-QC and technical operations, with a major focus on new product development, creative chemical formulations, product improvement and process optimization.

The role includes developing Sodium Silicate, Specialty Silicate products, managing complete R&D; activities from initial sampling, laboratory testing and trials to final product approval and commercialization.

Key responsibilities include product code generation, formulation development, technical data management,



maintaining complete sample-to-finalization records, product specifications, vendor discussions and raw material evaluation. The candidate will also coordinate with vendors for technical discussions, material trials and product development requirements.

Additionally, the role involves overseeing quality standards, production process coordination, technical documentation, cost optimization, customer technical support and team management.

Key Expectation: To independently establish a strong R&D; function, drive product innovation, manage complete technical data and product development activities, improve existing products, reduce manufacturing costs and ensure consistent product quality.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
