JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Safety Manager

Department: Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

Reports To: Operation Head

Location: Spinning Division, Dindigul

Job Purpose

Ensure a protected, healthy, and compliant workplace by implementing safety systems, statutory

requirements, and best safety practices across the spinning unit.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement and monitor HSE policies and statutory compliance.

* Conduct routine safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.

* Investigate accidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.

* Organize safety induction, toolbox talks, and emergency mock drills.

* Ensure effective PPE compliance and safe work practices.

* Monitor fire protection systems and emergency preparedness.

* Maintain safety records, statutory registers, and audit documentation.





* Promote a proactive safety culture through employee awareness and engagement.

Qualification

* Any Engineering Degree with M.E. in Industrial Safety from a recognized and

approved institution.

* Diploma in Industrial Safety (Mandatory).

Experience

* 10+ Years of Industrial Safety Experience in Spinning Mills

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
