Roles & Responsibilities
- Communication Skills: Coordinate effectively with team members, contractors, and management.
- Manpower Handling: Manage, allocate, and monitor manpower to ensure smooth workflow.
- Site Execution & Supervision: Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per requirements.
- Planning & Scheduling: Prepare work plans and allocate resources to meet project timelines.
- Progress Monitoring: Track daily work progress, identify delays, and take corrective actions.
- Team Coordination: Ensure effective coordination between departments for timely project execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Engineering.
- Experience: 2–3 Years.
- Skills: Communication, manpower management, site supervision, planning, and execution.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
