Job Overview
Yash Interiors & Construction is seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities across its Delhi NCR project sites. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and practical experience managing site execution, labour and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and site requirements.
- Monitor progress, workmanship, quality and site safety.
- Check measurements and report completed and pending work.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects and vendors to resolve site issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records and site documentation.
- Track material requirements and inform the project team in advance.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and timely completion of assigned work.
Requirements
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
- Knowledge of RCC construction, structural drawings and construction practices.
- Experience in residential, commercial or interior projects is preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Delhi NCR.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
