Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

About the Position: We are looking for some smart, dynamic, professional, and service-oriented International Patient Coordinators to manage and coordinate international patients seeking fertility and IVF treatments at Femcare Fertility & IVF Center, India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inquiries from international patients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

2. Communicate professionally with patients regarding IVF and fertility treatment services. 3. Coordinate online consultations and appointments with fertility specialists.

4. Collect and organize patients' medical reports and treatment histories for doctor evaluation.

5. Coordinate with doctors and medical teams to facilitate treatment planning and follow-ups.

6. Assist international patients with treatment schedules, travel arrangements, accommodation, and local transportation.

7. Maintain regular communication with patients before, during, and after their treatment. 8. Explain treatment procedures, appointment requirements, and administrative processes. 9. Maintain patient databases, inquiry records, follow-up reports, and conversion reports. 10.



Build positive relationships with international patients and referral partners.

11. Support international patient acquisition and business development activities.

Educational Qualification: - Graduate in any discipline. - Candidates with a background in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, Tourism Management, or Business Administration will be preferred.

Required Skills & Experience: - 1–3 years of experience in medical background/ international patient coordination/ medical tourism/hospital administration/ customer relationship management. (Fresher’s can apply)

- Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.

- Proficiency in MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business, and online communication platforms. - Strong patient-handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills. - Knowledge of IVF, fertility treatment, and medical tourism will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile: - Presentable, confident, and patient-friendly personality. - Professional attitude with solid organizational skills. - Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially. - Capable of managing multiple patient inquiries.
