Job Description

Handle customer interactions over calls, explain personal loan products, generate leads, follow up with interested customers, and assist with loan applications.

Eligibility Criteria

- HSC Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Versant Level 4 required.

Salary

- NAPS: ₹21,000 monthly in-hand.
- CTC: ₹22,000 per month (approximately ₹18,600 in-hand).

Working Details

- Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Transport: Pick-up and drop from Thane Railway Station as per company policy.
