Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Jr. Executive to support the Finance & Accounts department in day-to-day accounting operations, documentation, billing coordination, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle cash, bank and ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in GST/TDS-related documentation and records.
- Verify bills, expenses and supporting documents before processing.
- Maintain proper filing of accounts and financial documents.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding bills, payments and expenses.




- Assist in preparation of MIS and basic financial reports.
- Support the senior accounts team during monthly closing and audits.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.
- Perform other accounts-related duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounts; freshers can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing and reconciliation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in hospital/healthcare accounts will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
