TEZERA Building Solutions Pvt Ltd is expanding its business development capabilities and looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive project sales, build influential industry relationships and create sustainable business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Build robust relationships with architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors and builders.

- Identify residential, commercial and institutional project opportunities.
- Generate high-value project leads and convert them into profitable business.
- Develop strategic partnerships and long-term customer relationships.
- Drive project sales through networking, field engagement and business development initiatives.
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, project sales or channel development.




- Experience in tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware, building materials or the construction industry.
- Professionals from Kajaria, Asian Paints, Somany, RAK Ceramics and similar industry leaders are encouraged to apply.
- Strong networking, negotiation and commercial skills.
- Proven ability to independently generate and convert business.
- Growth mindset, ownership mentality and strong execution capabilities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

₹10 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives + Allowances
