Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Sort Centre operations, including inbound and outbound activities.
- Handle teams and ensure achievement of customer-agreed targets and SLAs.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Maintain 5S standards, safety, and operational discipline.
- Track daily productivity, operational KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Ensure timely shipment processing and minimize operational delays.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Coach and guide team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure process adherence, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
