Qualifications

Graduation/ Post-Graduation (any specialization) preferred.
- Process Trade Finance and Forex transactions in the Core Banking System (CBS) and related applications in accordance with approved procedures.
- Ensure timely processing of transactions within defined turnaround times (TATs) and service standards.




- Validate transaction details and supporting information to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform transaction processing in accordance with FEMA, RBI guidelines and internal operational policies.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of transactional inputs to prevent errors, operational losses and missed transactions.
- Monitor transaction queues and support timely resolution of processing exceptions.
- Coordinate with branches and internal stakeholders for transaction-related clarifications and issue resolution.
- Maintain compliance with operational controls, audit requirements, and risk management standards.
