We are looking for an experienced Engineering skilled to manage mall operations, maintenance, utilities, and engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, repairs, and renovation of mall utilities and equipment.
- Ensure efficient functioning of HVAC, chillers, DG sets, elevators, escalators, pumps, cooling towers, and fire detection systems.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Supervise engineering teams, shift personnel, contractors, and service providers.
- Coordinate with retailers regarding technical complaints, fit-outs, and maintenance requirements.
- Monitor AMC contracts, vendor performance, SLA compliance,



and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure safety standards, fire safety compliance, emergency drills, and statutory requirements.
- Manage utility consumption, electricity and water metering, CAM inputs, and energy efficiency.
- Assist in annual maintenance budgeting, CAPEX, and mini-project execution.

Essential Technical Experience:

- PLCs, AC/DC Drives, Relay Logic Controls
- DG Sets and Air Compressors
- Chilling Units and Cooling Towers
- HVAC Chillers
- Fire Detection & Firefighting Systems
