Executive - Control Tower

SDD / NDD (Same Day Delivery / Next Day Delivery):

- Hands-on experience in managing and executing quick commerce operations - particularly SDD / NDD
- Familiar with nomenclatures of Last Mile operations
- Manage and enable timely pickup and delivery operations on real-time basis in close co-ordination with client / relevant stakeholders (internal & external)
- Smart personnel who can identify and address root cause for losses due to process miss/SOP deviation at site / client level
- Have strong regular connect with Ops team / client / delivery associates and other stakeholders for timely execution of delivery and pickup operations
- Have positive rapport with all necessary stakeholders including driver / delivery associates / vehicle vendors / courier partners to effectively coordinate timely operations
- Have regular,



specific meetings/briefings with internal and external stakeholders and continuously coach and guide Ops for performance improvement
- Coordinate with clients to have the disputes resolved on case-to-case basis including reversal of losses
- Ensure SOP is followed at RTO/RVP process desk, effectively manage undelivered / rejected shipments
- Plan and consistently achieve in-house timing targets (measured in seconds) for every order
- Experience in daily audit of inventory and staging orders
- Comfortable in excel/MS Office
- Languages known - Kannada (native preferred), English, Hindi (First 3 languages mandatory), Telugu, Tamil (last 2 - good to have)
- Local travel might be needed based on client / Business requirements within BLR
- Familiarity with BLR geographical areas / pincode mapping would be an added advantage
