Fick's Coffee is looking for an experienced and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations at our outlet near Sindhu Bhavan, Ahmedabad.

About Fick's Coffee:

An all-day breakfast place focused on quality, consistency and great food.

What We're Looking For:

- Someone who takes ownership and responsibility for the entire kitchen.
- Ability to lead, guide and manage the kitchen team.
- Help establish and maintain kitchen standards and operational processes.
- Train, mentor and develop junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, hygiene and daily operations.
- Take initiative and bring improvements to the kitchen.
