Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identify suitable candidates, and support the organization in hiring the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate salary and discuss job offers with selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.





Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and targets.

Qualification

- Graduate in any stream.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good convincing and networking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
