Job Title: ERP Business Analyst / ERP Business Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives through business process analysis, ERP solution consulting, change management, and pre-sales activities. The role involves working closely with clients to understand business requirements, optimize processes, recommend ERP solutions, and support successful implementation and adoption. The consultant will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and value-driven ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis Consulting:

- Analyse and optimize end-to-end business processes across ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and HR. Support ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and user acceptance activities.

- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and solution recommendations.

- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvement and digital transformation.

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide strategic recommendations to support business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation.

Business Process Management:

- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer experience.

- Create process documentation, workflows, SOPs, and process maps using BPM methodologies.

- Support process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Monitor process performance metrics and recommend corrective actions where required.

Change Management:





- Support organizational change initiatives associated with recent systems, process improvements, and transformation programs.

- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations.

- Develop and execute change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs.

- Facilitate user adoption and manage resistance through effective engagement and communication.

- Track change adoption metrics and provide post-implementation support.

Pre-Sales Solution Consulting:

- Work closely with sales and business development teams during the pre-sales cycle.

- Participate in discovery calls, requirement-gathering sessions, and client workshops.

- Prepare business proposals, solution presentations, process assessments, and capability decks.

- Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), effort estimations, and high-level solution approaches.

- Support RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses.

- Demonstrate business solutions and articulate value propositions to prospective clients.

Required Skills:

- ERP Consulting and ERP Implementation Experience.
