Duration: 1-Year Contract (Extendable based on project requirements)

We are seeking a talented Epicor Techno-Functional Consultant with 5-10 years of experience to join a global ERP team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in Epicor ERP and will work closely with business users and global stakeholders to support, enhance, and optimize Epicor applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure, customize, and support Epicor ERP solutions.
- Provide techno-functional support for Epicor modules and business processes.
- Collaborate with global business users, IT teams, and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Develop reports, dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, and customizations within Epicor.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing application support.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience




- 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP.
- Strong techno-functional knowledge of Epicor modules.
- Experience with BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, SSRS Reports, and Epicor Customizations.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Procurement.
- Experience interacting with global customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Epicor Kinetic/E10.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations and data migration processes.
- Prior experience supporting global business operations.
