POSITION DESCRIPTION

At Karma Experience, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for an energetic and creative Entertainment Manager to build a culture where our multiple teams feel engaged, valued and connected all year round. You will own the planning and running events, celebrations, sports activities and outings that bring teams together, lift morale and create a fun, high-energy workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Culture and engagement

- Help create a positive, inclusive and fun atmosphere that keeps every team aligned and motivated.

- Gather feedback after each event and use it to keep improving how teams are engaged.

- Work closely with HR, leaders and team managers so engagement plans support business goals.

Sports and recreational activities

- Organise sports events, tournaments and friendly competitions across teams.

- Plan games and activities including Fun Friday’s that build team spirit and healthy competition.

Team outings and offsites

- Plan team outings, offsites and reward trips that match team goals and budgets.

- Work with team leaders to design experiences that suit each team’s needs.

Gifting and recognition





- Plan and manage gift hampers and recognition items for occasions throughout the year.

- Find and manage vendors so gifting is valuable quality, on time and within budget.

- Support reward and recognition programmes that celebrate performance and milestones.

Budget and vendor management

- Prepare and manage budgets for events and engagement activities.

- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and service partners.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1+ years of experience in event management, employee engagement or a similar role.

- Strong planning and organisational skills.

- A creative mind and an eye for detail, with fresh ideas for keeping people engaged.

- Excellent communication and people skills.

- Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.

- A positive, high-energy personality who enjoys working with people.

- Experience in hospitality, travel or sales-driven environments is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
