- Lead Application Portfolio Rationalization (APR), Cloud Assessment, and Modernization initiatives across ERGO Hestia, ERGO Thailand, ERGO TIS, and other ERGO affiliates.
- Act as Wipro’s trusted advisor, driving transformation programs, securing hyperscaler funding, and expanding APR opportunities across 26+ ERGO entities.
- The role is intended to take over key responsibilities currently performed within ongoing ERGO APR engagements.
- This role will replace responsibilities currently managed by Vanitha Jayasuriya and will serve as the primary interface between Wipro, ERGO leadership, Cloud partners (Microsoft & AWS), Enterprise Architects, and customer stakeholders. The objective is to establish Wipro as ERGO's preferred partner for enterprise-wide Application Portfolio Rationalization and Cloud Modernization initiatives

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive relationships with ERGO CIOs, CTOs, Architects, and Technology Leaders.
- Lead Application Portfolio Rationalization, Discovery, Cloud Readiness Assessments, and Modernization Roadmaps.
- Conduct application assessments and define Retain, Retire, Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, and Replace recommendations.
- Drive APR opportunities across 26+ ERGO affiliates and convert assessments into transformation programs.
- Secure and manage Microsoft Moonshot, Azure funding, AWS MAP, and AWS WALT programs.
- Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, business case creation, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, cloud, and delivery teams to grow the ERGO portfolio.
- Provide technical governance and architecture leadership for cloud modernization initiatives.

Required Skills:
- 12–15+ years of IT consulting, enterprise architecture, or modernization experience.
