Job Title: English Faculty – Middle School & High School

Qualification & Experience:

Postgraduates in English with relevant teaching experience at the Middle School and High School levels. Candidates with CBSE curriculum and teaching experience will be preferred.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Implementation: Plan and deliver English lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum and prescribed learning outcomes.
- Teaching & Mentoring: Facilitate engaging and effective classroom teaching, fostering language proficiency, critical thinking and communication skills.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Lesson Planning: Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and classroom activities as per CBSE guidelines.
- Student Development: Strengthen students' reading, writing, speaking, listening and literary appreciation skills.
- Academic Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues and academic coordinators to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
- Professional Development:



Participate in training programmes and contribute to continuous academic improvement.

Requirements:

- Postgraduate degree in English (M.A. English) with B.Ed.
- Relevant teaching experience in Middle School and/or High School.
- Prior experience in a CBSE-affiliated school is preferred.
- Strong command of English language, grammar and literature.
- Excellent communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to integrate innovative and interactive teaching methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹355,435.93 - ₹700,000.00 per year
