Job Title: US Engineering Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit candidates for US Engineering and Technical positions.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submission.

- Work on roles such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, and other Engineering positions.

- Utilize LinkedIn, Dice, job portals, and other sourcing channels.

- Conduct candidate screening and assess technical skills and experience.

- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Work with hiring managers and meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements:

- 15 years of experience in US Engineering/Technical Recruitment.

- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

- Valuable understanding of US recruitment processes and work authorization.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
