? Key Responsibilities

: ̗̀➛ Source and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment channels

: ̗̀➛ Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.

: ̗̀➛ Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end candidate communication.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

: ̗̀➛ 1–5 years of experience as an Engineering or Non-IT Recruiter.

: ̗̀➛ Experience with Aerospace, Semiconduction, Automotive, Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering domain is plus

: ̗̀➛ Willingness to work in a night shift environment.

: ̗̀➛ Strong communication and coordination skills.

: ̗̀➛ Experience working with ATS and job boards.

: ̗̀➛ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

: ̗̀➛ Good organizational and follow-up skills.
