Role & responsibilities

- Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, control systems, switchgear, and power distribution systems.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to minimize recurring breakdowns.
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and manage the electrical maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Plan maintenance schedules and monitor equipment performance.
- Coordinate and execute electrical projects, installations, and system upgrades.
- Develop team capabilities and prepare for higher supervisory responsibilities.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6-9 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, automation, motors,



and control systems.
- Experience in team handling, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting.
- Positive problem-solving, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Experience in industrial, hospitality, or amusement park operations will be an added advantage.
