Job Title: Program Coordinator – Admissions & Parent Counseling

About the Role
We are looking for a Program Coordinator to support student admissions and guide families through the enrolment process. You will combine field outreach, parent counseling and digital onboarding, working partly in the field and partly from home.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate admission enquiries through field activities, qualified networks and digital channels
- Counsel parents and families on NIYO’s programs and answer their questions clearly and confidently




- Manage student registrations and complete onboarding on the NIYO Work OS platform
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and enrolments

Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience or interest in parent counseling, admissions or sales (freshers are welcome)
- Comfortable with field visits and basic digital tools
- Minimum qualification: Any degree

Compensation and Benefits

- Fixed salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Performance incentives based on number of successful enrolments

Work Schedule

- [Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM]

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
