- SAFETY ENGINEER All safety checklists shall be completed and submitted in the prescribed Mahindra & Mahindra format.
- Daily and weekly safety checklists shall be verified by the Site Safety Officer and submitted to the Knight Frank EHS Team.

2. Submission of Safety Documents
Before commencement of any work, the contractor shall submit the following:

- Approved Work Method Statement (WMS), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) for each activity.
- Work Permit in hard copy as per the Mahindra & Mahindra format.
- List of authorized personnel for work permit signing.
- Valid Maharashtra Government licenses for electricians and equipment operators.




- Deployment details of an ADIS-qualified Safety Officer (MSBTE approved).

3. Implementation & Compliance

- All work activities shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved WMS, JSA, and HIRA.
- Proper use of PPE and good housekeeping shall be ensured at all times.
- Any safety non-compliance will result in immediate stoppage of work and issuance of a Non-Conformance Report (NCR).

4. Weekly EHS Review Meeting

- The Weekly EHS Review Meeting is conducted every Tuesday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
