We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to drive student admissions and counselling operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student enquiries and counselling sessions.
- Drive lead conversions and achieve admission targets.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain CRM records.
- Guide and monitor junior counselling team members.
- Ensure effective admission operations and target achievement.
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of experience in the education industry.
- Proven admission conversion and target achievement record.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Solid leadership and team management abilities.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
