Patient Relationship Executive (PRE) – Job Description

Designation: Patient Relationship Executive (PRE)

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome patients and guide them during their hospital visit.
- Help patients with registration and appointment booking.
- Explain hospital services and guide patients to the concerned departments.
- Coordinate with doctors and other staff for smooth patient flow.
- Answer patient queries politely and clearly.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and visits.
- Maintain patient details and basic records.
- Ensure a good patient experience and provide proper support.

Skills Required:

- Valuable communication skills.
- Friendly and helpful attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle patients politely.
- Freshers can also apply.

Experience: Freshers / Experienced.

Location: Road no 45, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

Job Type: Full-time.
