We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships and convert potential leads into successful business partnerships.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert high-quality leads into sales.
- Handle high-ticket sales and successfully close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Skills Required

- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proven high-ticket sales closing and conversion abilities.




- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Strong lead management and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.

Experience

3–6 years of relevant sales experience.

Candidates with experience in the following sectors are preferred:
