## Job Description

We are looking for candidates with experience in **HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Payroll-related activities**. Experience with any of the following HRMS tools is acceptable: **Workday, MyTime, Kronos, or UKG Pro**.

This role is for **staff augmentation support**, where resources will assist with non-core activities.

### Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming document audits, ingest and index documents into the document storage system for retention.

- Work with **US HR Operations teams**.

- Preferably have hands-on experience with tools such as Workday, MyTime, Kronos, or UKG Pro.

- Conduct timely audits of Team Member records, ensuring data accuracy and quality.

- Develop business skills, critical thinking, and creative reasoning.

- Maintain performance standards in production and quality of service.

- Utilize online resources and process documentation to obtain accurate information and stay updated on procedural changes.

- Demonstrate positive problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.

### Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.





- **6 months to 1.8 years of experience: ₹3.6 LPA.**

- **2 years of experience: ₹4.2 LPA.**

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

- Typing and computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package.

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night and weekend shifts.

### Important Call Outs

- Weekend work may be required based on business needs. In such cases, contractors will receive **two consecutive days off during the week**.

- Work on **TII holidays** may occasionally be required. Compensatory time off (comp off) will be provided in such cases.

- This is a **fixed-duration contract**, and all contractors will be released on **28th February 2027**.

- Candidates must be available for a **face-to-face interview at the Target office, Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore**.

### Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Payroll-related activities, preferably supporting US HR Operations teams, are encouraged to apply. Experience with at least one of the specified HRMS tools is preferred.

**Please note:** The role is on Quess Corp payroll, on a contract basis, and the contract ends on 28th February 2027.

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
