We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company's growth. Freshers with valuable communication skills and an interest in sales can apply. All necessary training will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate new business leads and explore sales opportunities.
- Explain company services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Maintain daily reports and update client information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
