Job Title: Azure/AWS DevOps Engineer (L3) – Azure | Linux | Windows Experience : 8-10+ Years Role Summary We are seeking a skilled Azure/AWS DevOps Engineer (L3) with expertise in Azure Cloud, Linux, Windows Server Administration, and DevOps Tools (EKS/AKS, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins). The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cloud infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, supporting production environments, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring platform reliability, security, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Azure Cloud Administration Deploy and maintain Azure Virtual Machines (Windows & Linux). Manage, and optimize Azure cloud resources Manage and support Azure Virtual Machines (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE). Monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics. Manage Azure Networking components including VNet, NSG, Load Balancers, VPN Gateway, and Private Endpoints. Support Azure Storage Accounts, Managed Disks, Backup, and Recovery Services, Snapshots, Availability Sets. Managing environments with Azure Kubernetes services Perform Azure resource monitoring, performance tuning, and cost optimization. Troubleshoot Azure infrastructure-related issues. Troubleshoot Azure infrastructure and connectivity issues. Support Azure Backup and Disaster Recovery activities. Linux Administration Filesystem (XFS, NFS, CIFS ) and LVM administration (PV, VG, LV management). Perform user/group administration and SSH access management. Package management using YUM, DNF, APT, RPM, Zypper, Yast. Kernel upgrades and OS patching. Service management using systemd. SuSE/RedHat Cluster configuration and troubleshooting. Cluster resource management and DR Activity management Performance tuning and capacity management. DevOps & Automation Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure/AWS DevOps. Automate application deployments across Development, UAT, and Production environments. Manage source code repositories using Git. Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and ARM/Bicep templates. Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, and Shell scripting. Implement deployment strategies including Blue-Green and Rolling Deployments. Manage release processes and deployment approvals. Incident & Problem Management Handle P1, P2, and P3 incidents. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA). Participate in Major Incident bridge calls. Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Ensure SLA adherence for incidents and service requests. Security & Compliance Perform OS hardening activities. Remediate vulnerabilities identified through security scans. Manage SUDO policies and privileged access. Support audit and compliance requirements. Implement security best practices for Linux workloads. Automation Develop Shell/Bash scripts for operational automation. Work with Ansible playbooks for server management. Automate routine administrative tasks. Support infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
