Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily with clients, contractors, site supervisors, and site engineers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) for all site activities.
- Handle MIS reporting—daily, weekly, and monthly project data, material status, and progress tracking.
- Monitor material planning, availability, consumption, and dispatch for PEB projects.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams for timely material delivery and utilization.
- Provide daily updates to the reporting manager on project status, delays, and site issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to project execution, materials, and client communications.
- Assist in scheduling,



planning, and monitoring project timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure alignment with project schedules.

Key Skills Required:

- Excellent knowledge of PEB components, erection sequence, and material handling
- Strong MIS reporting skills (Excel/Sheets, dashboards, data tracking)
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Solid follow-up and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
