- Experience with Kanban, 5S, Why-Why Analysis, Kaizen, and ERP systems

- Plan and implement production schedules, manage manpower, supervise shop floor, monitor productivity and RFT, and drive process improvements

1. Assembly Department Planning – Prepare daily and weekly production plans and ensure their effective implementation on the shop floor.

2. Manpower Management – Efficiently manage and allocate manpower as per production requirements.

3. Productivity Monitoring &

- Analysis – Monitor productivity data and analyze performance to identify improvement opportunities.

- RFT Monitoring &

- Analysis – Monitor Right First Time (RFT) performance and analyze data to reduce rejection and rework.

- Process Improvement Knowledge – Good knowledge of Kanban, 5S, Why-Why Analysis, Kaizen,



and other continuous improvement techniques.

- Ownership &

- Initiative – Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively initiate improvements.

- Shop Floor Supervision – Supervise day-to-day shop floor activities and ensure smooth production operations.

- ERP Knowledge – Working knowledge of ERP systems for production and operational activities.

- MS Office Knowledge – Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.

- Creativity &

- Teamwork – Creative, proactive, and a good team player with effective coordination and communication skills.
