- Identity and Access Management
- Hardware fault diagnosis on client devices
- Strong organization and planning skills to contribute to the successful delivery of program objectives.
- Experience with troubleshooting of end user devices / user issues
- Ability to document processes and lifecycle management of knowledge base documents.
- Ability to set task priority and dynamically adjust as the customer requires
- Willingness to participate in a customer support 24/7 and On-Call rotation.
- Proficient in PowerShell automation, including loops, conditions, and help information generation
- Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including migration paths, configuration and deployment of Windows Information Protection Policies, device enrollment, disk encryption, and configuration profiles
