- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service-related issues.
- Coordinate with dealers for warranty claims, spare parts availability and service requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical training and service training for dealer staff and mechanics.
- Monitor warranty claims, service reports and field performance of tractors.
- Collect market feedback and report product performance issues to the concerned departments.
- Support tractor sales activities through technical assistance and customer demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with dealers and key customers.
