Objective

Lead the development of AI-enabled defence products from concept to field demonstration.

Responsibilities

- Own technical roadmap and product delivery
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Interface with customers and partners
- Define system architecture
- Drive technology choices
- Risk management
- Budget and schedule control
- Build engineering processes

Required Experience

- 20+ years in defense electronics , Embedded Linux/RTOS , VPX/OpenVPX , System architecture
- Team leadership , Exposure to AI-enabled systems is desirable

2. Embedded Software experience

Responsibilities

- BSP development , Embedded Linux , Device drivers , Hardware interfaces , Networking
- Real-time applications , Middleware , GPU integration

Skills

- C/C++ , Linux Kernel , Device Drivers , PCIe, Ethernet, CUDA, OpenCV, Buildroot/Yocto Git

3. AI & Machine Learning Team - Familiarity

- Computer Vision , Drone Detection , Object Tracking , AI model training , AI optimization , Edge AI deployment
