We are hiring an Email Marketing Executive to manage our complete email campaign process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, scheduling, and optimizing email marketing campaigns along with data mining and email finding skills for lead generation.

Responsibilities

- Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs.
- Design and edit email templates (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, etc.).
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and contact database.
- Perform data mining to find relevant business leads and verified email IDs.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).
- Conduct A/B testing for better results.
- Maintain email deliverability and follow best practices.
- Generate weekly and monthly campaign reports.

Skills & Qualifications





- 6 months to 2 years of experience in email marketing.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, etc.).
- Solid data mining and lead research skills.
- Experience finding and verifying emails using online tools and extensions.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred).
- Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
