About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Embedded Electronics Engineer (Hardware & Software) to join our technical team in Bavla (Ahmedabad). In this full-time in office role, you will lead the end-to-end design, development, firmware integration, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic hardware and embedded systems for our industrial IoT and energy automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Hardware Design & Development: Schematic capture, PCB design, component selection, and circuit development for industrial IoT gateways, controller boards, and telemetry interfaces.
- - Embedded Firmware Development: Write, optimize, and maintain embedded software/firmware for microcontrollers, communication modules, and sensor interfaces.
- - Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform systematic testing, debugging, signal integrity checks, and fault analysis on prototype circuit boards and embedded systems.
- - IoT & Protocol Integration: Integrate sensor modules, connectivity stacks (Modbus, Serial, Ethernet, wireless protocols), and industrial communication hardware into core product systems.
- - System Reliability & Compliance: Ensure hardware and firmware reliability,



electromagnetic compatibility, thermal efficiency, and overall system robustness for demanding industrial environments.
- - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with hardware design, software, product development, and field implementation teams to deploy scalable energy automation and SCADA solutions.

- Required Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in electronic circuit design, embedded hardware development, and embedded firmware programming.
- - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical discipline.
- - Hardware Skills: Solid foundation in analog/digital circuit design, schematic entry, PCB design, and component evaluation.
- - Firmware Skills: Proficiency in C/C++ programming for microcontrollers, embedded interfaces, and firmware testing routines.
- - Testing & Lab Tools: Proven ability to use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and soldering/rework stations for hardware debugging.
- - Core Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical communication, and collaborative teamwork skills.

- Good to Have (Preferred)

- Prior experience with industrial IoT projects, energy metering, smart grid systems, or substation automation hardware.
- - Hands-on experience with industrial telemetry and communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, IEC 60870-5-104, MQTT, RS485/RS232).
- - Familiarity with embedded Linux environments, RTOS, microcontrollers (ARM Cortex, STM32, ESP32, etc.), and hardware-software co-design.
