Key Responsibilities

Electrical Installation & Maintenance

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control panels, motors, and industrial equipment used in fabrication.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems to minimize downtime.
- Maintain power distribution systems, MCC panels, DBs, VFDs, and control circuits.

Machinery & Equipment Support
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in fabrication machines such as:

- Welding machines (MIG/TIG/Arc)

- Cutting machines

- Bending and rolling machines
- CNC/PLC-controlled machines (basic level)




- Assist in machine commissioning and modifications as per production needs.

Safety & Compliance
- Follow electrical safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety audits, and internal SOPs.
- Identify electrical hazards and suggest corrective actions.

Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, logs, and checklists.
- Coordinate with mechanical, production, and engineering teams during shutdowns and projects.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and electrical efficiency improvements.
