Job Role: Tower TechnicianIndustry: Telecom / Telecom Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities

- Climb telecom towers to install, maintain, and repair telecom equipment.

- Install antennas, RF cables, feeders, and other telecom equipment.

- Perform tower installation and commissioning activities.

- Handle cable routing, dressing, and connector installation.

- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of tower equipment.

- Assist in troubleshooting network and signal-related issues.

- Follow safety procedures while working at heights.

- Work with the technical team to complete assigned site activities

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of telecom equipment.

Qualification

- 10th / 12th Pass or ITI preferred.

- Freshers can apply (depending on company requirements).





- Tower climbing experience is an added advantage.

Other Requirements

- Willingness to work at different telecom sites.

- Ability to work outdoors.

- Must follow safety guidelines and use PPE.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
