Role & responsibilities

- Handle procurement of electrical materials for ongoing projects.

- Review BOQs and drawings to identify material requirements.

- Collect and compare quotations from different vendors.

- Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.

- Identify and develop new vendors.

- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.

- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers.

- Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.

- Ensure material quality as per project specifications.

- Monitor purchase costs and maintain procurement reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of electrical materials and equipment.

- Basic understanding of BOQs and electrical drawings.

- Positive negotiation and vendor coordination skills.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.

- Good communication and follow-up skills.
