Job Title: Electrical Manager – HVAC

Location : Jamnagar, Gujrat

Salary : 30000 to 50000 Monthly

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Manager with a strong background in HVAC systems, electrical project execution, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance. Candidates must have prior experience working with Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) projects or facilities and should be capable of managing electrical works related to HVAC and industrial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all electrical activities related to HVAC systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Handle electrical power distribution systems, HT/LT panels, transformers, MCC, PCC, and distribution boards.
- Coordinate electrical works for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, compressors, and ventilation systems.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedules.
- Manage electrical contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and site engineers.
- Review electrical SLDs, load calculations, cable schedules, and equipment layouts.




- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and Reliance project requirements.
- Coordinate with HVAC, mechanical, civil, instrumentation, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, material planning, quality control, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare daily progress reports and ensure timely project completion.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in HVAC and industrial projects.
- Mandatory: Previous working experience with Reliance Industries Limited (RIL).
- Solid knowledge of industrial electrical systems and HVAC electrical infrastructure.
- Experience in project execution, operation, maintenance, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of electrical safety, PTW, LOTO, and statutory compliance.
