– SENIOR ELECTRICAL ESTIMATION & COSTING ENGINEER

Location: Pune / Mumbai

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 9–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare electrical BOQs, quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates.
- Analyse electrical drawings, SLDs and technical specifications.
- Prepare material, labour and installation rate analysis.
- Handle estimation for LT/HT panels, transformers, DG sets, cabling, earthing, lighting, wiring, fire alarm and ELV systems.
- Evaluate vendor quotations, prepare comparative statements and negotiate rates.
- Prepare tender estimates, project budgets and cost reports.
- Coordinate with project, procurement and execution teams.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on electrical estimation and costing experience in residential high-rise / multi-storey building projects.




- Robust knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, rate analysis and tendering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Important Requirements:
- Residential high-rise building project experience is mandatory.
- Only residential project estimation experience will be considered.
- Government, industrial, infrastructure and other non-residential project estimation experience will not be considered.
- Candidates from reputed real estate developers, EPC companies and residential construction contractors preferred.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
